DDS-VIALS
The unit enables the completely automatic drawing of vials with pre-set radiopharmaceutical activities without any operator intervention.

It can be installed into any laminar flow hot cell with adequate dimensions and in particular it is suitable to be installed in our hot cells Mod. DMC1-VF/DDS and DMC3-VF/DDS.

The use of a cartesian axis robot specific for clean rooms avoid the use of slides, carousels and actuators, granting an easy and effective cleaning and decontamination of all surfaces.

The unit carries out automatically:
  • measure of the activity sent by the synthesis module;
  • dilution with saline;
  • opened vial filling (without piercing the septum) with the required activity (or volume);
  • filled vial plugging and crimping;
  • check of the activity dispensed into each vial through a dose calibrator;
  • check of the vial in delivery through U.P.C. bare code reading;
  • delivery of the vial in a shielded container performed container through a double-door duct (ball valves) with minimal volume, without altering the cell sterility.
PC and SW, LCD monitor, dose calibrators, printer of lead containers labels are included in the supply.
